Listening to the last episode of Serial and having mixed feelings about it.
Eating all of the Christmas cookies I made on Sunday. Well, maybe not all of them, but too many.
Going to as many yoga classes as I can fit into my schedule. I started going earlier this month when an injury made going to Body Pump impossible. I am the most inflexible person in the world, but I like yoga and think it’ll become a regular part of my exercise routine in the new year.
Feeling pretty mixed about Christmas. I’m just not that into this year, and I’m not sure why.
Reading my 52nd book of the year (Bedknob and Broomstick with Lily) and starting the first one for next year (Donna Tartt’s Goldfinch).
Thinking about next year and my goals for life, business, etc. I’m contemplating a 365 project and maybe one little word (I’m leaning toward “connect”), but my 33 things list is keeping me pretty busy.
Still posting over at habit as often as I can. Only thirteen days left.
Finding a new groove over at Instagram. I think I’ve found my calling as a still life photographer, but it might just be a phase.
Having fun learning new things, including stop-motion video. I made one earlier this week. Take a peek!

Thank you, Julie! I don’t know how I have time for all of it. I don’t clean all that much and this week I didn’t have to do the grocery shopping (which was so awesome!). I’ve learned a lot about my work habits this year and that’s helped a lot, actually. I work when it works, but don’t push when it doesn’t. Know what I mean?
Also, I need to get your address at some point. If I’m going to write 32 more letters before October, I’d like to send one to you! 🙂

lindsay!!! you are on a creative roll!! you must be feeling really good. i know when i have time to create, i feel so much more fully alive. as for one little word… you and i are of similar minds… i was thinking of that same word. susannah conway does some work with one word also, and has some worksheets to help you think through the process… i may or may not do those. http://www.susannahconway.com/word/ her free printable for thinking through the new year is a good one… although i never got around to it last year!! http://www.susannahconway.com/2014/12/lets-make-some-magic-in-2015/

You know what? I am feeling pretty good. It seems like I’ve found a pretty good groove lately. And it helps that Adam’s semester is over and I have an extra pair of hands to help with nap time and diaper changes and grocery shopping. Oh, and laundry! Hooray for breaks! And thank you for these links. I love that Susannah’s stuff is free.
