My New Class on Skillshare

February 25, 2015

lindsay crandall photography
You guys! I’ve been keeping this project under lock and key, but today I’m ready to shout it from the rooftops:

I’m teaching a class on Skillshare and today it’s live!

The class is called Creative Self Portraits: Going Beyond the Selfie. Just like the title suggests, it’s all about my approach to creative self portraits. From the class description:

Join photographer Lindsay Crandall as she shows you how she approaches creative self portraits and beautiful, ordinary moments. In this twenty minute class, you will learn how to create a story through your photography, the importance of light and shadows, and how to shoot self portraits with your smartphone. With inspiration and insight, Lindsay gives you a peek into how she works and why she believes we should all be capturing the beauty that lies within each of us.

And the best part? You can take the class for free. (Yes, I said free.) Just use this link and you’ll get 14 days of access to Skillshare’s classes for free.

So there’s nothing stopping you. Take the class (you get to see me and hear my voice and everything). Do the project. Upload it and enter to win an annual Premium Membership to Skillshare.

I’m so excited to share this with you today! Thank you all for your continued love and support.
